BOOKING & CONSULTATION POLICY

A Legal Disclaimer

CL WILLIAMS PRODUCTIONS

This Booking & Consultation Policy outlines the terms, expectations, and procedures for engaging CL WILLIAMS PRODUCTIONS (“CLWP”) for consultations, production services, and related creative work. The purpose of this policy is to ensure clarity, professionalism, and mutual respect for time and resources.

Scope of Services

CLWP provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Creative and technical consultations

  • Music production, recording, mixing, and mastering

  • Worship, event, and live production support

  • System design, workflow planning, and team training

Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a written proposal, estimate, or agreement prior to commencement of work.

Booking & Scheduling

  • All services must be booked in advance.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of a deposit or consultation fee.

  • Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Tentative holds may be placed but are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Consultations

  • Consultations may be offered virtually or in person.

  • Consultation sessions are billable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Consultation fees are due in advance and are non-refundable once the session has begun.

  • Any follow-up work, reports, or implementation services are billed separately unless included in writing.

Fees & Payment Terms

  • All fees will be communicated in advance.

  • Deposits, when required, secure the booking and are non-refundable.

  • Remaining balances are due as outlined in the invoice or agreement.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery, suspension of services, or cancellation of future bookings.

  • Accepted payment methods will be specified on the invoice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for consultations and sessions.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

  • Deposits are not transferable without written approval.

  • CL Williams Productions reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a rescheduled date or credit.

Creative Direction & Revisions

  • Creative direction will be guided by the agreed scope of work.

  • Reasonable revisions may be included as outlined in the proposal.

  • Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed accordingly.

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights remain with CLWP until full payment has been received.

  • Upon full payment, usage rights will be granted as outlined in the agreement.

  • CLWP reserves the right to reference completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Professional Conduct

  • CLWP maintains a professional working environment. Harassment, abusive behaviour, or unreasonable demands may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Limitation of Liability

  • CLWP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Acceptance of Policy

  • By booking services with CLWP, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Consultation Policy.

  • This policy is subject to change without notice. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
